Policies
Child must be 1yr. old (and walking) to be able to enter the program.
Monthly tuition is $175.00 per month (we do not give refunds or pro rate for missed days) and due by the 5th of each month.
Registration is $75.00 (this is non-refundable and must accompany your registration form).
The director will contact you when spots become available, your child’s registration fee and first month’s tuition must be paid before he/she will be accepted into the program
Tuition is due by the 5th of each month or a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed. If your child’s tuition lapses more than 30 days, he/she will not be accepted back into the program until the past due balance and coming month’s tuition is paid in full.
In order to protect the well-being of each and every child, we cannot accept any children who appear to be ill.
Please use the following guidelines in administering this policy:
- Fever within the last 24 hrs
- Vomiting/diarrhea within the last 24 hrs
- Symptoms associated with childhood diseases, such as; chicken pox, measles, mumps, scarlet fever, whooping cough, common cold, sore throat, croup, rash, thrush, skin infections, pink eye, or head lice.
Parents will be notified via phone call, to come and pick up child promptly.
(We do ask that a copy of your child’s shot record accompany the registration form: this is not mandatory, just a request)
Kingdom Kids starts at 9:00. We ask that you not arrive before 8:50, this will give the teachers/helpers time to prepare before accepting students.
Should you arrive early, we ask that you stay with your child until prayer time is over.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN IN THE ROOM UNATTENDED, We want to keep them safe!
We ask that you arrive no later than 9:30, this will ensure that your child will not miss any learning opportunities.
Pick up time is promptly at 2:00. There will be a $1.00 per minute late fee that will be assessed for late pick ups.
In the case of an emergency, please notify the child’s teacher or director.
In the event that there is a custody/adoption, or restricted parents, grandparents or otherwise, please inform the director of these delicate situations.
If RUTHERFORD COUNTY SCHOOLS are closed for any reason, including inclememt weather, we will be closed.
If RUTHERFORD COUNTY SCHOOLS are operating an hour late, we will be open at normal time, if RCS are operating two hours late, we will be open at 10 am.
Discipline and guidance of children is consistent and based on individual development. We use positive methods, such as redirection, which encourages self esteem and self control.
We use brief, supervised separation (time out) from the group if necessary.
CORPORAL PUNISHMENT OR THREATS OF CORPORAL PUNISHMENT ARE Prohibited.
If in the event should you leave the program, you will need to give the director two weeks notice before doing so: this will give children who are on the waiting list ample time to prepare for entrance into the program. If we are unable to fill your child’s position, you will be responsible for the next month’s tuition.
