Registration

We are excited that you are interested in registering your child for Kingdom Kids!

The registration process is the beginning of getting you and your child settled at Kingdom Kids. This process is thorough and necessary to ensure a smooth transition into the program.

Please read through the following BEFORE you begin to complete the registration process.

A step by step guide with images of the registration process are available for your reference.

Part 1 requires you to setup a profile for your child and for every adult you want to have access to your child’s information. This part includes paying the non-refundable registration fee.

Part 2 is the completion of the Registration Application. You will need to complete the application in one sitting because it will not save your progress. You will need to have the following info:

Contact Info (Home, Work, & Emergency)
Authorized Pickups (up to 4 people)
Medical Info & Numbers
Academic Info

If you have all of your information available, the whole process will take about 15-20 minutes.

This profile will be used for you to login to our system. You can create a login using your cell number or email. Through your profile, you will be able to update any information (e.g. contact info, medical) related to you or your child. Your profile is where you can also check the account balance for your child’s tuition and make payments.


 

After creating your profile, make a Selection. This will indicate the number of registrations for the Kingdom Kids program.

Click Next to register your child(ren) and add them to your household.

 

 

After selecting the number of registrations, Select Add a new person from the Dropdown. This will allow you to add your child who will be participating in the Kingdom Kids program. Check “Add this person to my household” so you will be able to manage your child’s information and make payments.

Click Next when your child has been added to your household.

Review your registration to make sure the details are correct. The registration process includes a non-refundable fee.

Apply any discounts if applicable. Select your payment type and the amount.

Submit your payment details to pay. Click Register and pay.

After the registration fee has been paid, you will receive a confirmation with any additional forms that may be necessary.


Additional forms MUST be submitted to complete the registration process
before your child may be admitted to the Kingdom Kids program. Click on Kingdom Kids Registration form at the bottom of the confirmation.

The Kingdom Kids Registration Application will need to be completed in one sitting because it will NOT SAVE your progress. You will need to have the following info:

  • Contact Info (Home, Work, & Emergency)
  • Authorized Pickups (up to 4 people)
  • Medical Info & Numbers
  • Academic Info


Registration will NOT be complete until the application is submitted.
